Mission
At The Gan at Chabad Jewish Center of Jupiter, our mission is to provide a warm and joyful learning environment where each child’s unique potential can truly flourish. We draw on the science of neuroplasticity to design purposeful and engaging learning experiences that adapt to each child’s individual strengths—whether visual, auditory, or hands-on—supporting cognitive, emotional, and social growth during the brain’s most formative years.
We integrate the timeless wisdom and practices of Torah into daily education through blessings, mitzvot, Shabbat gatherings, holiday celebrations, Hebrew language, music, and acts of kindness, fostering a love for G-d that becomes a natural part of each child’s world. We work in close partnership with families to guide development, build shared values, and encourage the confidence to approach life with curiosity.

Philosophy
Our philosophy is rooted in nurturing the whole child through a warm, joyful, and brain-friendly environment. Guided by Dr. Andrea Seidman’s 4B.E.L.S.™️ framework—Body, Brain, Belonging, and Building a Better Self—we foster cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth during these formative years. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed using the science of neuroplasticity to support each child’s unique potential, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and resilience.
We prioritize creating a safe and inclusive community where every child feels valued and supported, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and well-being. At The Gan, we see each child as a Divine spark, created B’tzelem Elokim (in the image of G-d) with infinite potential and purpose. We nurture this spark by creating moments in which Judaism is not only learned but deeply felt in both body and soul.

Curriculum
Our curriculum provides engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support development across multiple domains. Guided by Dr. Andrea Seidman’s 4B.E.L.S.™️ framework—Body, Brain, Belonging, and Building a Better Self—our program emphasizes cognitive growth, physical development, and social-emotional skills. Dr. Seidman’s years of experience in early childhood education and brain-based learning inform every aspect of our curriculum. She will be working on-site at The Gan to provide direct training and ongoing support to our staff and teachers, ensuring her approach is implemented effectively and consistently. Activities are designed to strengthen social-emotional skills such as cooperation, empathy, self-awareness, and conflict resolution. Lessons are tailored to each child’s learning strengths—visual, auditory, and hands-on—so concepts are understood, retained, and applied. Daily experiences include play-based exploration, creative projects, early literacy and numeracy, and age-appropriate Jewish traditions. By offering a variety of instructional approaches and hands-on opportunities, our curriculum fosters curiosity, collaboration, independence, and resilience, preparing children for both academic and social success.
