Inspiring Jewish Pride and Identity and Jewish children - the future of Judaism.

About Our Program
Our Curricular Approach

Our educational approach sees the student as an active learner, a dynamic explorer rather than a passive recipient of knowledge. As such, our curriculum cultivates the student's natural enthusiasm for learning, so that s/he emerges with the values, knowledge and skills necessary for a solid foundation of life-long Jewish learning.

Our curriculum is aligned with developmentally appropriate standards of knowledge and skills within the framework of an elementary-aged child.

Our curriculum (and its inherent values, information and skills) is connected to, and built upon, previously learned material. Concepts introduced are continually reviewed and revisited. This is called a “spiraling curriculum” - where one set of learning experiences creates a foundation for the next.

Our program is designed so that it allows for the different components within the curriculum to be integrated with each other, revisiting the content in various contexts.

By providing an environment where exploration is encouraged, teachers who are supportive and knowledgeable, and a simulating syllabus, the student has the capacity to fill his/her Judaic ‘toolbox’ with strong Jewish values, substantive knowledge, and honed skills.
