Get Started With Our School

Philosophy

At The Gan, we embrace a philosophy inspired by Reggio Emilia, which recognizes three essential teachers in a child's life: parents, classroom teachers, and the environment.

We believe that parents are the first teachers, and we encourage their active participation and collaboration in their child's educational journey. Our teachers, as the second teachers, co-explore and guide children's learning, provoking ideas, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

The environment, as the third teacher, is carefully designed to inspire curiosity and wonder. Our beautiful, light-filled classrooms and outdoor spaces provide a variety of sensory experiences, incorporating natural materials and fostering a deep appreciation for the world around us.

Through this approach, we create a nurturing and inclusive community that values open communication, creativity, and critical thinking. By embracing the interconnected roles of parents, teachers, and environment, we empower children to become lifelong learners, curious explorers, and compassionate individuals.

Quality Education

At The Gan, warmth, passion and professionalism come together to create a nurturing community. Our lead teachers, all holding a minimum of a bachelor's degree, participate in ongoing professional development, ensuring they remain at the forefront of cutting-edge methodology in education and psychology. Led by our head of school, educational director, and teachers, our early childhood program is built on collaboration, creativity, and a deep commitment to each child's unique needs.

Our team is characterized by their warmth, passion, and professionalism, weaving Jewish values seamlessly into daily activities. Children are immersed in Jewish songs, stories, holidays, and prayers, experiencing the richness of Jewish tradition in a spirited and deeply meaningful way. From Shabbat parties to Grandparents Seders, our entire community comes together to celebrate and learn, enveloping families in a joyful Jewish experience.

What sets our team apart is their extraordinary dedication, commitment, and love for early childhood education. They bring a unique blend of professional skills and personal experience to their work, ensuring that each child receives the care, attention, and support they deserve.
